This course offers theoretical-experiential training in reading mediation in clinical and hospital spaces, with emphasis on emotional support, resilience and aesthetic enjoyment through literature and illustration. Promotes a more human view of care, integrating reading and art as tools of containment and emotional connection.

Elena

Montalvo Hernandez

Trainer and cultural disseminator at the UCV Scientific and Cultural Diffusion Center, with extensive experience as a researcher, pedagogical advisor and specialist in children's and youth literature. He has a master's degree in Reading Promotion and Children's Literature from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain and has specializations in children's literature in institutions in Spain, Mexico and Peru. Graduated in Education and with a bachelor's degree in Literature, she has been a teacher, researcher and advisor on educational projects, participating in various academic meetings in Peru, Mexico and Europe.

Carmen

Abanto Square

Italian-Peruvian artistic director, writer and illustrator, creator of La Biblioteca de Matteo and director of the Stories for All collection of the Center for Scientific and Cultural Diffusion of the César Vallejo University. Trained in editorial illustration in Italy, she has a master's degree from the Macerata Academy of Fine Arts. She designs and teaches courses on album books, is a speaker and curator at artistic events, and a coach for illustrators. He participates in the national reading program Nati per Leggere in Italy and collaborates with the Fabrizio Trisi Library.

Certification
To receive the digital certificate from UCV+ Executive Development Center of the César Vallejo University, you must reach the minimum grade of 11, attend at least 70% of the sessions and have canceled the entire course.
