In an emotional display of cultural and academic pride, Rusber Martín Pizango Tangoa, a student of the Master's in Educational Psychology at the César Vallejo University (UCV), Tarapoto campus, successfully defended his thesis, wearing the traditional clothing of his Shawi ethnic group.
Pizango, 27 years old, originally from the district of Balsapuerto, province of Alto Amazonas, Loreto region, presented his research entitled: “ Soft skills and stress of Shawis secondary school students from the IE Kumpanamá, Nuevo Progreso, Loreto – 2024 ”.

Pizango's work addresses a topic of great importance to the Shawi educational community, exploring the interrelationship between soft skills and stress in secondary school students in the town of Nuevo Progreso.
