This specialization program is designed for educational managers and leaders who seek to strengthen institutional management, differentiate their value proposition, optimize the use of resources and lead their educational institution towards innovation and digital transformation. Through four practical modules, you will develop skills in leadership, educational branding, school management and applied technology, preparing you to drive change and continuous improvement with sustainable results.

He has been a member of the board of directors of the Peruvian Institute of Radio and Television and Councilor of the National Council of Education. As well as an advisor specialized in school management and educational leadership of the Ministry of Education of Peru. Assistant researcher at the Development Analysis Group (Peru) and at the National Center for Restructuring Education, School and Teaching (USA). Graduate teacher at Teachers College – Columbia University and other prestigious institutions, sharing his experience in educational reform, innovation and academic leadership.

CEO and Founder of Empujón Educativo, where she leads the development and implementation of an artificial intelligence platform that personalizes teaching and integrates neuroscience, behavioral sciences and educational technology in public and private schools in Argentina. He has been Founder & CEO of FURSON (2003–2023) where he developed business strategies and promoted social innovation processes. He is pursuing a Master's Degree in Neuroscience at TECH University and a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences at UNSTA. He also has training in Social Psychology. Experience with teaching and management teams in educational institutions, accompanying processes of pedagogical innovation and personalization of learning through AI and neuroscience.

Director at Innova Schools, with more than 20 years of experience in planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation processes of educational projects, integrating key tools such as financial analysis, resource management and monitoring of efficiency indicators. He has a master's degree in Educational Management and specializations in leadership, change management and teacher development from USIL. She has been a trainer and pedagogical advisor in various institutions, promoting transformative education with a participatory and sustainable approach.

Once all the modules of the program have been approved, the participant will be awarded the Certificate of the Specialization Program in Management of Regular Basic Education Institutions on behalf of UCV+ Executive Development Center of the César Vallejo University.
