Specialization course in the nutritional treatment of metabolic diseases
This course is designed to train health professionals, such as nutritionists, doctors and nurses, in the specific nutritional management for patients with metabolic disorders. This course provides advanced knowledge on the pathophysiological bases of metabolic diseases and the tools necessary to design and execute individualized nutritional interventions based on scientific evidence.

Methodology
The course will be developed in virtual mode, through the Trilce and Blackboard platforms. Likewise, didactic resources such as reading materials, explanatory videos, practical cases, advice, application exercises, discussion forums, among others, will be used.
Certification
The Directorate of Continuing Education delivers two types of certificates issued by César Vallejo University.
- Approval, when the participant obtains a rating of 14 to more.
- Attendance, when 80% attend class sessions or obtain a grade of less than 14.
