Specialization Program in

Organizational Psychology

In an environment marked by constant change, ambiguity and the increasing complexity of organizational challenges, organizational psychology is positioned as a key tool to drive well-being and sustainable performance. This program provides a strategic and applied vision of the discipline, with a focus on solving real problems through rigorous and evidence-based approaches. Applying analytical tools, current intervention models and specific metrics. Participants will acquire skills that will allow them to translate knowledge into action, optimizing people management and contributing to the business from a strategic perspective. They are trained as specialists capable of acting as key partners in decision-making, designing effective solutions that generate impact in diverse organizational contexts.

He is a Psychologist from the Universidad del Desarrollo and a Master in People and Organization Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, with studies in management development (PUC) and client experience.
